Platform Access Across Provinces
We run two separate platforms for Canadian players, and which one you see depends on where you log in from. Players in British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec and the Maritimes are directed to our main Canadian site. If you live in Ontario, you are routed to a dedicated platform to meet local rules. In both cases, you must be at least 19 years old.
Our geolocation system detects your location and points you to the correct version automatically. Ontario customers are redirected to the on domain, while players from other provinces land on the en-ca site. Online gaming conditions in Canada vary by province, and access is often tied to geolocation. This split helps us align the experience with local requirements and tailor bonuses and communications for each region. On the platform, you get access to more than 1,000 slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and original games.
The catalogue covers most classic casino categories. You can open an A-Z games directory if you prefer to browse by name, or narrow things down by provider, volatility or popularity. The slot lobby alone has over 1,000 titles, from straightforward three-reel layouts to modern video slots.
Creating and Configuring Your Account
When you register, we ask for the usual personal details: full name, date of birth, home address and contact information. During signup you confirm you are 19 or over and accept our cookie policy. Cookies are used to keep you logged in, remember settings and handle basic site functions - nothing out of the ordinary.
After the account is created, you land in a dashboard where you can shape things a bit. Deposit limits, for example, can be set right away, and you can choose how we contact you about offers or account alerts. From the same area, we link out to support resources such as GamblingTherapy.org and ConnexOntario.ca for players who want external help or tools.
Before your first cashout, we complete a verification check. We usually need a government-issued ID, something that shows your address, and confirmation of your payment method. These files are uploaded in the verification area of your account, and you can see whether each document is pending, approved, or needs to be re-sent. Processing time depends on how readable the images are and if anything is missing.
Deposits and Payment Methods
For deposits, we currently support the payment methods shown in your account, including any available card or local options. Interac is presented as a Canadian payment method where available. VISA payments are processed through standard card rails where available. Both options credit your casino balance instantly, although deposit limits can differ slightly by province.
| Payment Method | Processing Time | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | Instant | Varies by province |
| VISA | Instant | Varies by province |
You manage deposit and other transaction limits in the banking section of your profile. There you see current caps, available balance and pending transactions updated in real time. When you change a limit or add a new payment method, we ask for an extra confirmation through email or SMS. Your full transaction history is stored in the account overview, including timestamps, amounts, payment routes, and the status of each transaction. If you like keeping your own records, you can export that data for personal bookkeeping.
Withdrawals and Account Tools
Withdrawals are processed generally using the payment methods you previously used to deposit, where possible. Interac withdrawals are returned to the same bank account, and VISA payouts go back to the original card where possible. Your very first withdrawal request only starts moving once verification is fully completed. After that, timing depends partly on your account status and how active you have been.
Accounts that have been verified for a while and show consistent activity generally move through the queue more quickly than brand new profiles. Every payout request is processed in the order we receive it. While a request is still pending, you can cancel it from the banking section. That same area shows current status updates and any notes.
We also put quite a bit into account management and security. In your dashboard, you can see a list of recent logins with timestamps, IP addresses and device types. If something looks off, you can log out of active sessions remotely. Two-factor authentication is available for added protection, and changing your password always requires entering the current password and confirming via email.
